Meet Inland Group’s finance and legal team:
JON LEMBERG
Jon is the Chief Financial Officer of Inland Group and is responsible for all financial functions including treasury, financial reporting, and compliance. He is also actively involved in financial modeling, due diligence and debt and equity procurement for Inland portfolio developments. Jon has a degree in business administration with a concentration in accounting from the University of Washington and is a licensed CPA in the state of Washington. Prior to joining Inland he held positions in audit and assurance at PricewaterhouseCoopers and financial reporting at Plum Creek Timber Company. He currently serves on the board of Reach for the Future.
SCOTT MORRIS
After 12 years in private practice, Scott joined the Inland Group as General Counsel. In that role, he works closely with both the development and construction team on various legal matters. Scott also assists with multi-family housing operational issues and Inland’s commercial and residential asset management services. He has a finance and law degree from the University of Washington.
BEN ARMSTRONG
Ben Armstrong is Director of Tax/Controller for Inland Group. In this role, he is responsible for all tax planning, reporting, and compliance including sales and use taxes, property taxes, and income taxes. He also works closely with the construction, development, and asset management teams to assist with financial planning and reporting. Ben graduated from Whitworth University with an accounting degree and is a licensed CPA in the state of Washington.
