Asset Management

Meet Inland Group’s asset management team:

SCOTT SCELFO

As Director of Asset Management of Inland Group, Scott oversees the management and operations of all Inland owned projects as well as providing third party asset management services for select clients. He has over 20 years of experience in real estate, development, marketing consulting and analytics. Scott has a Bachelor of Science with Marketing and Entrepreneurial Management concentrations from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.

RYAN MCINTYRE

As Asset Manager for Inland Group, Ryan is responsible for the operational efficiencies and financial management of our stabilized and lease-up properties, and the over-achievement of P&L. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communications with a minor in Marketing from Washington State University.

BRYAN TAYLOR

Bryan works as Technical Asset Manager at Inland Group. In that role, he oversees the technical side of Inland’s property portfolio, providing support, structure, and direction to our regional maintenance supervisors and onsite maintenance teams. He has a wealth of experience in various roles with Contractor’s Northwest Inc. including shareholder and president. In 2015 he served as president of the Inland Pacific Chapter of Associated Builders and Contractors. Most recently Bryan worked with an electrical subcontracting business before joining Inland in 2018. Bryan is actively involved in Rotary, St. Vincent DePaul housing board and many other groups and associations.

STEPHANIE STOBIE

Stephanie oversees the marketing efforts for the Inland Group family of brands. She works directly with all branding and marketing partners on the creation, execution, and evaluation of traditional and digital marketing advertising activities at the local, regional, and national levels. Stephanie came to Inland Group after 14 years within the hospitality industry at Red Lion Hotels Corporation, most recently as the head of the Field Marketing department supporting over 1,400 hotels and 10 different brands. She holds a Bachelor of Business Administration & Marketing from Gonzaga University.

LORI CASTRO

Lori joined the Inland Group to oversee the HR/Recruiting/Training for our Affinity portfolio. Lori will be responsible for the recruiting, staff performance management, program and process development related to operations, HR, and creating/managing our employee training programs. Prior to joining The Inland Group, Lori was the Regional Director of Human Resources for Foot Locker Inc. Lori also held numerous positions at Red Lion Hotels related to sales, marketing, and HR. Her last position at RLH Corporation was Senior Director of Human Resources. She graduated from Washington State University with a bachelor’s degree in Hotel & Restaurant Administration and Business Administration.

ERIC JENSEN

As Technical Asset Manager for Inland Group, Eric is responsible for optimization of physical asset performance, longevity, and ongoing product improvement, as well as overseeing the development, and performance, of maintenance personnel. He holds a bachelor’s degree in interdisciplinary studies from Eastern Washington University.
