Inland Group’s management team is comprised of individuals with a wealth of knowledge and expertise in their respective fields.
Meet the Construction Team
Darin is President of Inland Group and is responsible for all corporate financial and operating activities. He oversees all aspects of development including site selection, due diligence, feasibility analysis and negotiations. Darin has a finance and law degree from the University of Washington and is a current board member of Catholic Housing Communities of Spokane and past board member of Spokane Youth Sports Association and Junior Achievement Spokane.
Keith is Development Manager at Inland Group and coordinates the development team through all development activities. He manages critical path items during the development process, including driving feasibility analysis, entitlements, financing structure, internal and external due diligence and closing documentation. Keith has a finance degree from Eastern Washington University and currently serves on the Board of Commissioners of the Spokane Housing Authority.
Robert is a Development Project Manager at Inland Group. Robert focuses on managing design teams through the due diligence and jurisdictional approval processes. Robert’s background is in construction management with a bachelor of science in construction management from Washington State University. He spent his early career in in commercial construction market completing projects ranging from aviation to bio-tech facilities. He has been dedicated to the multifamily market with the Inland Group since 2005.
Jon is the CFO of Inland Group and is responsible for all financial functions including treasury, financial reporting, and compliance. He is also actively involved in financial modeling, due diligence and debt and equity procurement for Inland portfolio developments. Jon has a degree in business administration with a concentration in accounting from the University of Washington and is a licensed CPA in the state of Washington. Prior to joining Inland he held positions in audit and assurance at PricewaterhouseCoopers and financial reporting at Plum Creek Timber Company. He currently serves on the board of Reach for the Future.
After 12 years in private practice representing contractors, subcontractors, developers, owners, and property managers, Scott joined the Inland Group as General Counsel. As a member of Inland’s development team, Scott takes lead responsibility for land acquisition and entitlement. As General Counsel, Scott works closely with both the development and construction team on various legal matters, such as contracts, financing, entity/partnership agreements, land use issues, licensing/bonding requirements, insurance, risk management and acquisitions/dispositions. Scott also assists with multi-family housing operational issues and Inland’s commercial and residential asset management services. Scott has a finance and law degree from the University of Washington. He is a member of several community boards and is a past President of the Spokane County Bar Association.
Mark is a graduate of Washington State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Management. Mark has over twenty years of commercial construction experience with the majority of that time focused on high density multi-family construction. Mark joined Inland in 2004.
Scott is the Director of Asset Management at Inland Group and oversees the day-to-day operations of all Inland owned multifamily communities. In addition, Scott is actively engaged in market identification and site selection as well as product and site development on all Inland developed multifamily communities. Scott has a Bachelor of Science degree from the Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania and has been with Inland since 2004.
With over 35 years of experience in the residential development and construction industry, Alan has been integrally involved in the creation of thousands of homes for individuals and families across the Western United States. Alan serves an integral role in the design, permitting, and pre-construction activities for each project developed by Inland Group from initial site development through the design process as well as permitting and construction. He is intimately familiar with applicable building codes including accessibility regulations and has been with Inland since 1997.
