Development Team
Inland Group’s management team is comprised of individuals with a wealth of knowledge and expertise in their respective fields.
DARIN DAVIDSON
Darin is President of Inland Group and is responsible for all corporate financial and operating activities. He oversees all aspects of development including site selection, due diligence, feasibility analysis and negotiations. Darin has a finance and law degree from the University of Washington and is a current board member of Catholic Housing Communities of Spokane and past board member of Spokane Youth Sports Association and Junior Achievement Spokane.
KEITH JAMES
Keith is a Development Lead at Inland Group and coordinates the development team through all development activities. He manages critical path items during the development process, including driving feasibility analysis, entitlements, financing structure, internal and external due diligence and closing documentation. Keith has a finance degree from Eastern Washington University and currently serves on the Board of Commissioners of the Spokane Housing Authority.
JOHN FISHER
John is a Development Manager at Inland Group with over 12 years of experience in real estate acquisition, development, finance and operations, with much of that experience related to affordable housing. As Development Manager, John coordinates the development team and drives the process from site selection through close of financing and start of construction. John manages critical path items during the development process, including feasibility analysis, entitlements, financing structure, internal and external project due diligence and closing documentation. John has a Masters in Urban and Regional Planning from Eastern Washington University and is a former Plan Commissioner for the City of Spokane.
TODD WALTON
Todd is an experienced manager with over 20 years of field, project management, and construction management experience. He has successfully managed Inland’s construction teams on numerous challenging projects in both the private and public sectors. Todd has a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management from Washington State.
ROBERT KETNER
Robert is a Development Manager at Inland Group. Robert focuses on managing design teams through due diligence and jurisdictional approval processes. Robert’s background is in construction management with a bachelor of science in construction management from Washington State University. He spent his early career in the commercial construction market, completing projects ranging from aviation to biotech facilities. He has been dedicated to the multifamily market with the Inland Group since 2005.
REID DICKINSON
Reid is a Development Manager at Inland Group. A graduate of Washington State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Management, he has more than twenty years of commercial construction experience. He has nearly a decade with Inland specializing in high-density multi-family construction. Reid joined Inland in 2006.
MARK OSSELLO
Mark is a graduate of Washington State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Management. Mark has over twenty years of commercial construction experience with the majority of that time focused on high-density multi-family construction. Mark joined Inland in 2004.
